このたび、料理人No.1を決定する料理コンペティション「CHEF-1グランプリ2026」において、決勝進出を果たすことが決定しましたので、お知らせいたします。 CHEF-1グランプリ2026（https://chef-1gp.com/） 「CHEF-1グランプリ」は、40歳以下の料理人が参加する日本最大級の料理人コンテストです。 本大会では"令和の新・定番を生み出せ"をテーマに、各料理ジャンルから日本中の料理人が参戦し、予選、1回戦、準決勝、決勝と競って参りました。 決勝戦は「日本料理」「フレンチ・イタリアン・スパニッシュ」「中国・アジア料理」「ジャンルレス」の4ジャンルから勝ち上がった4名のシェフで臨みます。 決勝戦、テーマの1つは「ラーメンの新・定番を作れ！」。 従来の「しょうゆ」「塩」「みそ」「豚骨」に続く新たなジャンルの創出が問われた、挑戦的な内容となっています。 決勝戦の模様は、2026年4月26日（日）18時30分より、ABCテレビ・テレビ朝日系列にて全国放送されます。 全力で決勝戦に臨むことは勿論、本大会を通じてさらなる技術向上と新たなインスピレーションを得て、皆様への価値提供に努めて参ります。 応援のほど、宜しくお願い致します。 atelier HANADA 総料理長 花田洋平
We are pleased to announce that our Executive Chef, Yohei Hanada, has advanced to the finals of CHEF-1 Grand Prix 2026, a prestigious culinary competition to determine Japan’s top chef. CHEF-1 Grand Prix 2026: https://chef-1gp.com/ The CHEF-1 Grand Prix is one of Japan’s largest cooking competitions, open to chefs aged 40 and under. Under the theme “Create the New Classics of the Reiwa Era,” chefs from across Japan and from a wide range of culinary genres have competed through the preliminary rounds, first round, semifinals, and now the finals. In the final stage, four chefs—each representing a different category: Japanese Cuisine, French/Italian/Spanish, Chinese/Asian Cuisine, and Genre-Free—will compete for the title. One of the themes for the final is “Create a New Classic in Ramen.” This challenging task calls for the creation of an entirely new style of ramen, going beyond the traditional categories of soy sauce, salt, miso, and tonkotsu. The final will be broadcast nationwide on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 6:30 PM on the ABC TV and TV Asahi network. Chef Hanada will, of course, give his utmost in the final. Through this competition, he also aims to further refine his craft and gain new inspiration, which he will continue to bring back to our guests.
